About TADAYA

Established in 1885, Tadaya sits quietly on the outskirts of Wakura Onsen area like a private shelter.
Tadaya was originally located in the town centre but moved to current location in 1973 to provide
our guests with the panoramic view of the calm Nanao Bay.
This was the long-desired goal of our predecessing landlady, Yoshiko (daughter of Naotora Nabeshima).
We wish for guests to leave the hustle and bustle of a city, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the
Nanao Bay right in front of us. Visit us to have your own special experience here.

ROOMS

Oceanfront Suite “Rikyu”

Design that is reminiscent of Taisho period Japan, Rikyu is our most luxurious type of rooms.
Modern, yet still with a traditional Japanese feeling, there are 12 rooms in Rikyu, 6 of them having private open-air bath. Its location just beside the sea allows you to enjoy fishing from the yard.

Rooms with open-air bath “Hougetsu”

All rooms are equipped with twin bed and Japanese-style tatami area, and an open-air bath outside.
Rooms that incorporate natural products such as bamboo and wood have open-air bath made of pottery which give the space a sense of traditional Japan. Rooms with Jacuzzi open-air bath create a mix of Japanese and European taste. Enjoy space design that harmonizes with the Noto nature.

Sukiya-style Room “Tsubakian”

Tsubakian have sukiya-style structure of traditional Japan. Being the most spacious of our room types, it can accommodate up to 10 guests per room. Nice scenery on top of its spaciousness makes it a suitable place to stay for family with anniversary to celebrate.

Standard Japanese-style room
